Homecare services can be provided wherever our clients home is located – some homes are apartments, some are Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), some are Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), some are their own homes, and some are in hospice houses or places or respite. No matter the setting, all our caregivers are licensed, bonded, and insured and are trained to provide the care and comfort you need in the place the client lives, even while staying with a friend or family caregiver. Grace Providers and our Family of Providers delivers all levels of personal care services to help individuals live their best life in the place they love in their home.

Different types of care require different certifications and training. Depending on your specific needs, the caregivers coming into your home can vary. Personal care and companionship services are most often provided by a Home Health Home Aide (HHA) or certified nursing assistant (CNA). All our caregivers meet state certification requirements and are trained, bonded and insured. If you have a special request or language spoken that will enable a better interaction please advise and request that when Making a Referral.

Grace Providers and our Family of Providers accept payment from various insurance providers, government entities, long term care, self and private pay as well as self-insured providers. Payment options are very individual based upon each person and can vary by situation. Every situation is different. We accept Medicaid, Medicaid/Medicare DSNP programs, certain Social Services Grants by County, Long Term Care Insurance based upon plan coverage, Managed Long Term Support Services (MLTSS), Medicare Advantage, Managed Care, Workers Compensation, Veterans Administration Benefits, Self-Pay and Payments from Trusts or Private Pay from clients or families directly.
